Chocolate Cake

Chocolate Cake -

Step - 1 /1/2 C of SR Flour ( All in one bowl )

- 1/2 C of sugar, 2 Tsp of cocoa.

- 1/2 C of Milk.

- 1/2 C of Oil.

- 1 egg.

- 1 Tsp vanilla essence.

- Step 2: Mix well all the ingredients )
- Pour into the baking tin clutter the baking tin)
- Bake 180 degrees 30mins)

Today for this week 9khr have been making chocolate cake. My group was Sam and Kane and we had to follow the instructions of making the chocolate cake carefully. I had enjoyed doing this activity in this class of making chocolate cake because it helps us learn other different techniques.

Plain Bread - 2019

Plain bread:

Step - 1 Mix well 2 c of warm water with 1 sacket of yeast

2 - Add 2 c of plain flour

- 1 tsp of Salt
- 2 Tsp of sugar
- 1/2 c of oil
Step 3- Mix well and leave for 20mins before bake 180 degree.

Today 9khr have been making Plain Bread. My partner was Sam for this period and we had to follow the instructions to the board we have been making today about plain bread I have enjoyed making plain bread with my partner because it helps us with cooking and other techniques. 

Food Class

Today for this period was double period of food tech. My partner was Tai and we made tuna sandwiches. We had to follow the instructions of making the tuna sandwiches this was good of making this sandwiches because it shows us about healthy sandwiches and other nutrition about healthy and I enjoyed my self of making these sandwiches with my partner Tai.
